What this package includes:

• Unlimited Planning Consultations: As many meetings as you need — in-person, video, or phone — to make confident decisions with clarity, care, and a trusted expert by your side.

• Design Concept and Mood Board Creation: A full creative direction tailored to your style, values, and venue — including colour palette, textures, floral ideas, and visual references to align all aspects of your wedding design. Please note: While I provide full design direction and planning oversight, I do not personally set up or dress the venue. I will coordinate with your venue dresser or stylist to ensure that your dream vision is brought to life.

• Budget Planning and Expense Tracking: Development of a realistic, itemised budget and ongoing financial tracking to ensure transparency, value for money, and informed decision-making.

• Venue Sourcing and Site Visits: Shortlisting of suitable venues, arranging and attending site visits with you, and managing venue communication throughout.

• Full Supplier Sourcing and Management: Research, recommendations, enquiries, bookings, contract reviews, and ongoing coordination for every supplier involved in your wedding — from caterers and musicians to photographers and stylists.

• Guest List and RSVP Support: Optional help managing your guest list, invitations, RSVP tracking, dietary requirements, and seating plans.

• Full Wedding Documentation: Creation and distribution of detailed timelines, floorplans, setup instructions, and contact lists — all shared with your suppliers to ensure perfect coordination.

• Rehearsal, Setup, and On-the-Day Coordination: From the night before to the end of the evening, I will manage everything — welcoming suppliers, cueing the ceremony, handling changes discreetly, and ensuring the day unfolds just as you imagined.
