Extra Guests

If your guest list exceeds the limit for your package, a small per-person fee ensures we can scale logistics and staffing accordingly.

£10–£15 per guest

Additional Coordinators/Assistants

For larger weddings, complex logistics, or multi-site events, extra professionals ensure seamless management.

£100-£400 per additional team member

Evening Guests & Extended Celebrations

While our packages are based on daytime guest numbers, we understand many weddings include a second wave of evening guests — and we are here to ensure that transition is just as smooth and stress-free.

If you are expecting additional guests for the evening reception, we may apply a small surcharge to reflect the added coordination and extended presence required. This ensures everything from supplier changes to guest management is expertly handled.

Evening guest surcharges typically start from £100–£300, depending on numbers, timing, and any additional setup or staffing needed.

All adjustments are discussed clearly and agreed in advance — so there are no surprises, just a seamless experience from first toast to final dance.

Multi-Day Celebrations

From welcome drinks to post-wedding brunches, we offer support for all surrounding events.

£300–£800 per event

Travel & Accommodation

Travel within a 40-mile radius of our base location is included in all packages. For venues beyond this distance, a mileage-based fee will be applied to reasonably cover additional travel time and costs. If early starts, late finishes, or remote locations are involved, overnight stays (charged at cost) may be required to ensure the best service possible.
