All About Me- Wedding Planner (Who’s Also a Pro at Snack Negotiations)

Hi, 

I’m Lauren- Founder of Lauren Jennifer Weddings, a very proud mum to two gorgeous kids, wife to my partner-in-chaos, and personal assistant to our very demanding (but very cute) dog.

Life in our house is loud, loving, slightly messy, and fuelled almost entirely by strong coffee (that’s usually gone cold because…life) and snack bribes. I am someone who finds joy in the simple things — a quiet morning coffee, a good list (colour-coded, of course), and spending quality time with the people I love most. Whether it’s a walk in the countryside, a family Saturday film night (even if we all pretend that we’re not watching the same film again for the hundredth time!) or just all of us gathered around the dinner table — that’s my happy place.

Things I Love (besides my family, of course):

✨ Long walks – my attempt at peace and quiet before someone needs a snack

✨ Sunday roasts – preferably when I’m not cooking them

✨ Family film nights – where the kids pick something “fun for everyone” and we all end up watching Sleeping Beauty. Again.

✨ Fresh stationery – because nothing screams productivity like a new pen you’ll guard with your life

Why I Do, What I Do:

I have always had a calm nature and a natural eye for organisation and details— the kind of person who quietly keeps things running smoothly behind the scenes. Helping others feel confident and relaxed during exciting (but sometimes overwhelming) moments is something I genuinely love. Even with all the beautiful chaos at home, I have found my rhythm — and I bring that same calm, clear-headed energy into wedding planning. I’m not into drama or fuss. I’m into thoughtful details, smooth timelines, and creating that feeling where everything just flows and feels right.

This space is where I share a bit more of me — the human behind the checklists, timelines, and coffee breaks. Because I believe great planning starts with real connection.
