As many conversations as you need, whether in person, over the phone, or via video, so you can make decisions feeling confident, clear, and fully supported throughout.

Design direction and overall look and feel

A cohesive, considered design approach tailored to you, your venue, and how you want your day to feel. This includes colour palette, textures, floral direction, and visual references to ensure everything works beautifully together.

While I oversee the overall design and planning, I work closely with your stylist or venue dresser to ensure everything is set up exactly as intended.

Budget planning and tracking

A realistic, well-structured budget from the outset, with ongoing tracking throughout so you always know where things stand and can make informed decisions.

Venue sourcing

Carefully selected venue options, arranging viewings, and managing communication, so you can find a space that truly feels right.

Supplier sourcing and management

Recommendations, enquiries, bookings, contract guidance, and ongoing communication with all suppliers, ensuring everything runs smoothly and everyone is aligned.

Guest list and RSVP support

Support with guest lists, invitations, RSVP tracking, dietary requirements, and seating plans, if needed.

Planning documents and timelines

Detailed timelines, floorplans, and key information shared with your suppliers, so everything is clear, organised, and runs seamlessly.

On the day coordination

From the final preparations through to the evening, I manage everything behind the scenes, coordinating suppliers, guiding the flow of the day, and handling anything unexpected so you can be fully present.

This is suited to those who want a beautifully considered wedding, with everything taken care of and nothing left to chance.

Investment for this service is typically 12–15% of your overall wedding budget, depending on the size, location, and level of detail involved. A minimum fee applies.
